“I Now Pronounce You Man and Hefe-WIFE-zen”

2011 March 3
by Chris

A few days ago, I posed a question on Facebook asking for any new suggestions for what we should call our wedding beer.  Until now, I had just referred to it as “Wedding Ale.”

I failed to realize how witty a few of my friends are.  I wanted to write a quick post to give a shout out to Steve and Lindsey for their great ideas.  Below are some of my favorite suggestions.  If you have any other good ones, PLEASE leave them in the comments section.

And for the record, I’m still giving bonus points to anyone who utilizes hefeweizen (which is the style of beer we’re making – a wheat beer) in the title.

  • Matrimoni-Ale
  • Nupti-Ale
  • To My Brew-tiful Wife
  • Something Borrowed, Something Brewed
  • Lager of Love
  • Wedding Day IPA
  • I Now Pronounce You Man and Hefe-Wife-zen

The floor is open…
